Blacktop Materials Engineering maintains mobile annex laboratory capability for suitable projects where on-site construction materials testing is required. Mobile Annex Laboratories may be established in accordance with applicable NATA accreditation requirements and Blacktop’s Scope of Accreditation.
Annex facilities enable testing to be undertaken at or near a project site where appropriate. They operate under the supervision of Blacktop’s main laboratory and are supported by experienced materials technicians.
